They were just too complicated for me for some reason this time around. Reading way too much into them. Lol

I believe in Myers-Brigg, but I would like to know more. Learning about yourself is the same as learning about everything.

I related to Myers-Briggs when I first found out about it years ago. Then over the years I forgot what I was. I tried to re-take the quiz, but this time I read too much into each question and gave up. lol

Learning is my favorite. Have you looked into HD before?

No I don’t know what it is. I meant to say I was interested in learning more about HD. The Myers Brigg was so spot on and it gave me some confidence at a time when I wanted to believe in myself as unique and not just weird.

Oh, how I relate to that so much! Believing in my unique weirdness fuels my jets 🙌

You can grab your free Bodygraph chart from many places. I like mybodygraph.com or geneticmatrix.com It will give you the basics and then you can google about what you’re curious about. I’ve written about some of it here on Substack. Just have to make sure you’re getting accurate info. from the internet.

My side hustle includes teaching private and group fitness (balance, mobility, and movement forms—yoga, Pilates, barre, and cardio-based “jazzercise” like classes). I never connected with the woo-y aspects of yoga, but I wholeheartedly believe in the energy flow through the body. (Just think of the synapses firing in your brain reading this.) I’d love to find a way to embrace the Human Design concepts! Looking forward to how you break it down (and build it back together)!

I love all those and have done them all throughout my life. My favorites are barre, Pilates, and yoga. I never connected the woo to it either. Thank you for reading and commenting! Have you looked into Human Design before?
