There was a TikTok I did in June of 2022 that I still like to hum and sing along to sometimes when I remember it during my menopausal moments.
I’m trying not to cringe too much as I re-watch it, but it is still relevant. Have a listen and watch the cringe unfold…

I’ve been into some of Shannin Blake’s songs lately. I’m listening to her song called, Bad Bitch Energy right now to get through a menopausal moment.
She also has one that’s called Energy Vampires that pumps me up as I’m getting ready for the day. She’s my newest favorite artist. I’ve heard there’s some controversy surrounding her, but I don’t give any energy to drama or gossip.
The beginning of the Bad Bitch Energy song is especially relatable…

Being into all sorts of music my entire life (thank you mom), I really have way too many to list on this publication that I like to listen to. I enjoy many many genres. Sometimes I need a little pick-me up song, or a heavy metal head banging song, or a sweet love song.
Doesn't matter as long as it helps and music helps with almost anything in life. Doesn’t it?

Haha! So funny, I don't think it's cringy at all. I've never heard of music for menopausal moments. How interesting! I have playlists for everything and never thought to make one for menopause.
